![]() ![]() ![]() I tried the Fix It button from Windows Help menu - it just reconfirms that there is no connectivity between laptop and printer. I have diagnosed Microsoft Office (as that's software that I usually print my English lesson handouts) It will still only photocopy and scan, but not print. I have removed the printer, rebooted laptop and restalled. The only buttons on the printer are for black and white photocopying, scanning, cancel button, power on/off, and a button to increase the number of copies wanted. So, after reading what you wrote, I understand That is where I got the connectivity problem mentioned above with the diagnostics. I have gone to the HP site that you linked above and tried to download the driver/software that is available.
